Be Active – Be Seasonal Cooks

Youth of Malta – it’s time to be active! Join our sustainable cooking class and become seasonal cooks!

Food is a huge part of our lives and the food choices that we make on a daily basis impacts our carbon footprint, for better or worse. As young adults soon to be away on adventures, do you want to be living off pot noodles or healthy, sustainable foods that are quick to cook and don’t break the bank?

Our experienced cook, Stefania, will be co-hosting the session with us to provide an opportunity to learn some new recipes for you to take forward.

This workshop is open to young people under 25 and is located at:
St Elias College SVR1681 Santa Venera, Central Region, Malta

On the day we will be cooking:
– Orange and olive salad
– Orange Cauliflower
– Chocolate orange pot

Many of these foods are sustainable options, foods that are homemade, local, seasonal, organic or direct from the farmers here in Malta.

The event is by registration and limited to a small number of participants under 25. Participants will receive more information by email once registered.
