Join us, and Chef Nicole Borg, to dive into the world of Maltese cooking with a vegetarian twist using locally sourced ingredients. Nicole will guide you through the steps of making each dish, emphasising the importance of supporting local farmers and reducing our carbon footprint. After the class we’ll enjoy dinner together using the food we made.
