From the land of Catalunya, Spain, Laura Pons works as part of the Food, Agriculture and Biodiversity team. By volunteering in organic farms, she grew and enriched her interest in permaculture and organic gardening. As a true lover of vegan food, her aim is to do everything that is in her hands for a society that is healthy, ethical and caring with our fellow animals.
