Gianmarco is living in Malta after several experiences abroad, in England and Italy. He is a Certified Accountant and Auditor (Italy) and completed a B.Com. (Hons.) in Economy of Banking, Finance and Insurance in Malta and in Italy where he obtained the professional warrants. He worked in different jurisdictions and different economic sectors (insurance, power generators, scientific instruments) until he started a new professional carrier with NGOs as Financial Controller (BirdLife Malta, Deaf People Association, Friends of the Earth Malta). He is Treasurer of ECOS (Belgium) and CircE (Malta). From 2020 is representing Malta at ISO level in two Technical Committees (TC207, TC322) in charge of Green Finance standardisation.
