Christian Debono

Christian Debono has a keen interest in environmental issues and over the years has worked with several environmental NGOs, including Jeugdbond voor Natuur en Milieu, BirdLife Malta and the European Environment Bureau. He studied in a Bachelors of Arts Hons. In Geography and a Masters in Cultural Heritage Management. Between 2007 and 2009 he served on the steering committee of Young Friends of the Earth Europe which culminated with the group’s participation in the Climate Conference in Copenhagen in 2009. Nowadays he prefers helping out Friends of the Earth Malta with hands on activities. In his free time, he is usually either gardening, reading a book or comic book, watching a movie or trying out a video game.
