In July our team spent 3 days at the beautiful Villa Psaigon having an exciting and productive time for our organization. With the participation of our staff and volunteers, we embarked on a journey to plan and outline the path to achieve our vision for the next two years.

This meeting was an opportunity to reflect on our growth over the past year and set forth ambitious goals and plans for our campaigns in Food, Agriculture and Biodiversity, Climate, Energy and Mobility, and Comino. Moreover, the weekend was filled with relaxation, music, and a shared sense of enthusiasm as we enjoyed the scenic beauty of Buskett and Għar Lapsi. With our organization experiencing significant growth in recent times, the 3-day strategy meeting proved to be an essential event. Each campaign team, along with our communications and finance teams, presented their respective goals, objectives, and plans for the years 2023 to 2025. The collaborative effort allowed us to align our visions and strategies, ensuring that we work towards a common goal of creating a positive impact in our focus areas. By engaging in constructive discussions, brainstorming sessions, and innovative thinking, we were able to develop new directions and project ideas that will shape our work in the coming years.

Amidst the intense meetings and planning sessions, we also made time to unwind and draw inspiration from the beauty of our surroundings. Located at Villa Psaigon, our meeting venue provided a serene and picturesque environment that fostered creativity and relaxation. In the evenings, we ventured to Buskett, where we immersed ourselves in the tranquility of nature, basking in its soothing ambiance. Additionally, we indulged in refreshing swims at Għar Lapsi, recharging our energies and forging stronger connections with fellow team members. To further enhance our evenings, we were treated to the melodious tunes of our project coordinator Sabela live guitar performances and the enchanting accordion music by Ann. These moments of musical bliss added a touch of magic to our time together, strengthening the bonds within our organization.
