Fully Booked – Community Gardening Session – Queer Ecology Reading Hangout

The Community Garden at Friends of the Earth Malta is hosting its monthly session! This practical event will explore the principles of community gardening, encompassing crop growing, soil preparation, pruning, composting/vermiculture, seed bank creation, beekeeping, water conservation, and planting crops/tree saplings.
Participants will actively learn and engage with various gardening practices through hands-on demonstrations and guidance.
Collaborating with partners MGRM and Geġwiġija Library will enrich the experience, fostering a comprehensive approach. Additionally, a pop-up library will offer readings on Queer-ecology.
Refreshments, including water, snacks, and teas/coffees, will be provided, with attendees encouraged to bring food to share.
