Kate de Cesare leads Eden Leisure Group’s environmental, social, and governance strategy. Passionate about aligning business growth with positive impact, she has spearheaded initiatives ranging from waste reduction and energy-efficiency projects to community-driven sustainability programs. Kate is deeply involved in philanthropic work in her position of Chairperson of the Eden Leisure Foundation, championing projects that support the protection of the environment, the preservation of cultural heritage and community outreach.
