Mandy Vella Briffa

Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Hons) from University of Malta and a Master’s of Research degree in Green Chemistry, Energy and the Environment from Imperial College London. Mandy has experience working with London-based start-ups in the sustainability sector with a focus on aquaponics and vertical farming, food waste innovation and alternatives to plastic innovation. Mandy recently moved back to Malta after spending five years in London and is now working with FoE Malta as a project assistant. In her other life, she is a photographer and a baker.
