Join us in our kitchen for a Plant-Based Zero Waste

Cooking class held by Valentina Del Conte, an experienced zero-waste cook!

We will go through the zero-waste processes for cooking four delicous plant-based dishes, learn tips on how to reduce food waste at home, and enjoy together the food we prepared 😋

About Valentina Del Conte

Valentina is an enthusiastic nature lover with a MSc in Forest and Nature Conservation at Wageningen University (Netherlands), and several years of experience in science communication and education— her passion is engaging people with the wonders of nature. Over 2025, she co-hosted 7 Permaculture Design Course in Terra Alta Permaculture Education centre in Sintra, Portugal, where she deepened her knowledge and expanded her passion towards sustainable lifestyle, community living and healthy, local, plant-based food. She has facilitated several cooking workshops between Malta and Portugal, tapping into locally-sourced, organic and seasonal ingredients to create an enjoyable experience for both the heart and the mouth. For Valentina, cooking together is a powerful community act that bring us together and help us explore our connection with nature.
