Comments and recommendations to the BCRS
Friends of the Earth Malta (FoE Malta) supports the introduction of the Beverage Container Refund Scheme (BCRS) and is pleased that a deposit scheme will be implemented by the end of 2019. Upon reading the proposal document that has been put forward by the Ministry for the Environment, Sustainable Development and Climate Change (MESDC), FoE Malta would like to contribute the following comments and recommendations.
