Climate Emotions Workshop for Youths

Climate Emotions Workshop for Youths

Do you lead or are you part of a youth group? Are you interested in exploring your feelings about the climate crisis and turning those emotions into positive action? We invite you to join a free 2-hour workshop to explore these emotions in a safe space.

What is the Climate Emotions to Climate Agency Workshop?

This workshop is specially designed for young people aged 16 to 30 who want to better understand and manage the complex emotions that arise when facing the climate crisis. Climate change is not just an environmental or political issue, it deeply affects our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Many youths today experience emotions such as fear, anxiety, grief, anger, frustration, and even hopelessness when they think about the future of our planet. These feelings are natural but can feel overwhelming without the right support.

Why join?

  • Safe space for expression: Share your feelings without judgment and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
  • Learn coping strategies: Discover tools from environmental psychology to help you process eco-anxiety and transform it into resilience.
  • Empowerment through action: Move from feeling overwhelmed to becoming an active part of the climate solution in your community.
  • Build community: Connect with like-minded young people passionate about making a difference.
